Effective today, ACE Entry Summary filers may begin transmitting Entry Summaries certified 
for cargo release for Entry Type 03 (AD/CVD) using Remote Location Filing (RLF).

Please check with your ABI software developers to insure your programming has been updated to accomodate this change.
